Author Notes
John Modrow has an intimate knowledge of schizophrenia: in addition to having had a brief schizophrenic episode as a teenager, he has watched several persons—including some of his closest friends—become schizophrenic, and has studied psychiatry for close to forty years. In My Psychotherapeutic Caper Modrow describes his attempt to reverse the course of this disorder in one of his friends -- a psychotherapeutic intervention noteworthy both in the results achieved and in the methods employed. |
